Here’s some interesting facts that I found on the forum – Islam Watch, which appear to substantiate the claim of the poster that indeed, Muslims are leaving Islam for Christianity.

Nice biased statistics.
Funny you don’t mention how many Muslims convert to Judaism. Funny how you don’t mention how many Christians convert to Judaism or Islam. Funny how you don’t mention how many Jews convert to Christianity or Islam.
In short — you post only one small facet of two questionable/skewed/biased sources.
Let’s see the full statistics and see reputable sources for those statistics, shall we?

Can’t get any RELIABLE sources, can you? Thought so.
For your information, Islam is the fastest growing religion.
Those that do leave Islam are ignorant of their own religion and leave for worldly pleasures. But, I bet I can find you a bunch of Christian PRIESTS that leave Christianity and embrace Islam.
Besides, Islam doesn’t depend on the number of followers. The Quran itself is enough to make Islam the truth.

Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world. As well as in United States and Europe. Islam is projected to be the largest religion in the world by 2020. If people were leaving it by the millions each year, that means more then a million are embracing it in that same year.

Islam is the fastest growing religion, because Islam is a complete way of life. It tells man about the purpose of his creation and existence, his ultimate destiny, his place among other creatures and more importantly, it provides him with guidance to lead a balanced and purposeful life which will enable him to avoid the Hell-fire and be rewarded with a place in Paradise in the life after death.
Islam has drawn converts from all walks of life, most notably African-Americans. Former NAACP President Benjamin Chavis, who joined the Nation of Islam recently, personifies the trend. “In societies where you have minorities that are discriminated against, I think they may find an appeal in Islam,” said Waleed Kazziha of American University in Cairo.
