Who is it referring to “THE BOOK IS DELIVERED TO HIM THAT IS NOT LEARNED, SAYING, READ THIS” (Isaiah 29:12).

Who is it referring to “THE BOOK IS DELIVERED TO HIM THAT IS NOT LEARNED, SAYING, READ THIS” (Isaiah 29:12).
Some say it is Jesus, but when you look at the Un-lettered Prophet Muhummed’s experience in the cave of Hira, – The Mountain of Light, and his response to that first Revelation is the exact fulfilment of another Biblical Prophecy. In the Book of Isaiah, Chapter 29, verse 12, we read: “AND THE BOOK” (al-Kitaab,al-Quran the ‘Reading’, the ‘Recitation’) “IS DELIVERED TO HIM THAT IS NOT LEARNED,” (Isaiah 29:12) “THE UNLETTERED PROPHET ” (Holy Qur’an 7:158) and the biblical verse continues : “SAYING, READ THIS, I PRAY THEE:” (the words “I pray thee”, are not in the Hebrew manuscripts; compare with the Roman Catholics’ “Douay Version and also with the “Revised Standard Versions”) “AND HE SAITH, I AM NOT LEARNED.” (“I am not learned.” is the exact translation of the Arabic words MA ANA BEQARA which Muhummed uttered twice to the Holy Ghost – the Archangel Gabriel, when he was commanded : IQRAA “READ!”).
So is Isaiah 29:12 referring to Muhammad?

For twenty-three years, God’s words (the Qur’an) were truly put into Muhammad’s (pbuh) mouth. The Qur’an was dictated to Muhammad (pbuh) by Angel Gabriel, who asked him to simply repeat the words of the Qur’an as he heard them. These words were then committed to memory by the Prophet and hundreds of companions during Muhammad’s lifetime and under his supervision.
There is a divine promise to protect the last and final revelation to mankind and this “book” would first be written on the hearts of the believers……. not paper. It is a miracle for all of mankind till the last day and a Mercy from God. To this day millions of Muslims memorize the entire Quran from cover to cover.
Was it a coincidence that the prophet “like unto Moses” from the “brethren” of the Israelites (i.e. from the Ishmaelites) was also described as one in whose mouth God will put his words and that he will speak in the name of God., ( Deuteronomy 18:18-20 ). Was it also a coincidence the “Paraclete” that Jesus foretold to come after Him was described as one who “shall not speak of himself, but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak (John 16:13).
Isaiah ties between the messenger connected with Ke’dar and a new song (a scripture in a new language) to be sang unto the Lord (Isaiah 42:10-11 ). More explicitly, prophesies Isaiah “For with stammering lips, and another tongue, will he speak to this people” (Isaiah 28:11 ). This latter ‘verse correctly describes the “stammering lips” of Prophet Muhammad reflecting the state of tension and concentration he went through at the time of revelation. Another related point is that the Qur’an was revealed in piece-meals over a span of twenty-three years. It is interesting to compare this with Isaiah 28:10 which speaks of the same thing.

Its Mohammed, ask any Muslim and see any Quran (all are the same) Mohammed couldn’t read but the Quran was revealed to him, when he first became a prophet, all happening in the cave Hira.

Personally I think it’s referring to a man named Joseph Smith, who was shown a sealed book by God.
