Help you how? What do you want to know?
So convert to Islam then, but since you’re a Christian you’re probably not circumcised, and if you’re not then you need to be if you’re going to convert to Islam. Just go to a local Mosque and start from there.

Do what’s good for you. Personally, having read the Quran myself, I can see why you’d want to convert to it.

You may want to see the difference in both beliefs that are listed here: http://www.dianedew.com/islam.htm
Then, come back and tell us if you’re still thinking of converting.

Say the shahada and stick to it. Try learning atleast 5 small chapters of Quran in arabic for prayer. Learn gradually the five pillars of faith.

Consider this:
Jesus says that our goal is to LIVE for Him, to stay alive as long as possible in order to spread the Good News about Jesus and His Father. For that, Jesus guarantees your place in Heaven from the moment you accept Him as your Lord and savior.
Allah says that our goal is to DIE in his service. Inf act, the ONLY way to reach the Islamic ideal of “Paradise” is to DIE by your own hand while committing an act of jihad (holy war) in the name of Allah. OH YEAH — You ALSO have to make that trip to MEecca, give 20% of your income to Islam, and follow the remaining two pillars of Islam. Did you get it all right? You never know until the moment you die.
Christianity is a religion of LIFE and a GUARANTEED presence in heaven. Islam is a religion of DEATH, and your eternal reward comes at the whims of Allah.
BTW: This is the Number One proof that Allah and God Jehovah are NOT the same being, since their basic fundamental ideas are 180-degrees diametrically opposed.

I’m in a similar position myself. I suggest taking some preparatory steps before doing anything.
- Read the Qur’an in English or the language of your choosing (all of it if you can). This can be done in a month following the juz divisions found in many translations which neatly divde the Quran into 30 portions. This will help you understand the beliefs of Islam more clearly.
- Familiarize yourself with the hadith and Sunnah. You can find many resources online and even reading a handful of the hadith will help you in understanding. Read particularly on prayer, as the hadith are the source of the wording for the 5 compulsory daily prayers, on Muhammad (SAW) and his lifestyle.
- Read up on Arabic and Muslim cultures. Read about not just Arabic cultures but also the Chinese Muslim, Indian and Pakistani Muslim cultures. Each one has it’s own features, culture and unique attributes.
- Try and visit a mosque. Most mosques I’ve been to are INCREDIBLY open and friendly- they WANT people to understand Islam. Some mosques may also offer Arabic classes, classes for people enquiring about islam and meetings for converts.
- Most of all, contemplate and research what being a Muslim would mean. It might mean changing your lifestyle, possibly losing friends or facing accusations of being a terrorist or something. Most of all, once you take shahada you become a Muslim forever.
Once you’ve done this and you feel ready, take shahada (the declaration of faith). This doesn’t have to be done publicly, although you can if you choose. All the shahada means doing is reciting the following with conviction:
” La ilaha illallah, Muhammad rasulullah’ (There is no God but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger)
In Arabic: ا إله إلا الله محمد رسول الله
I hope you find peace. Assalamu ‘aleikum!

May Allah’s peace and blessing be upon < ——–Islamic greetings
hope you are in the best of health and faith
To be a muslim, you have to pronounce the Shahada [There is no god but Allah and Muhammed is the messenger of Allah]. When someone converts to Islam, all of his past sins will be forgiven whether they are minor or major..He will be like a new born baby, pure and innocent.
Asker, I have provided the basics for you. Hope they help
First of all, Islam comes from the root word “salam” which means peace. It is also derived from “Slm” which means submit [be a muslim]. Muslim is the person who practice Islam, in another word a muslim “Submits his/her will to Allah Almighty”. Islam means peace acquired by submitting your will to Allah
Allah is the Arabic word for “God”. Allah has named himself Allah.
We muslims prefer calling “Allah” because the english word “God” can be played with like Gods, Goddesses, etc.. God is a common noun and Allah is a proper noun.
——————————
Islam is based on five: to testify there is no God but Allah and Muhammed is the messenger of Allah, to pray five times a day, pay obligatory charity to poor and needy, to fast in the Holy Month of Ramadan and to perform pilgrimage.
To make it short, Prayers are daily worship, paying charity and fasting are yearly worship and pilgrimage [this is for those who can afford performing] is once in a life worship.
And we have pillars of Faith that are 6:
1-To believe in Allah
2-In his angels
3-In his revelations
4-In his prophets.
5-In the judgement day
6-Preordainment.
Islam and Christianity have many similarities. The only difference between Islam and Christianity is that Christians believe Jesus is the son of God, but We muslims believe Jesus is the mightiest messenger of God. We believe God is one and only without a partner and God is too glorified to have a son or a daughter.
Asker, this is an authentic website, i hope you explore it in your spare time =)

Also, Please feel free to email me anytime, i would be honored to answer any question you have asker

First,congratulation.
Second,be aware from fire ball and atheists they will try to put you off as surah 3:186 says.
Third, see the closest mosque and go there tell them your story they will be so happy with you and will teach you.

Why would you ever think such a thing? I wonder what has made you want to believe something other than the truth. Truly, Jesus is the only way for salvation. Remember what is written:
Revelation 22:18-19
King James Version (KJV)
18For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
19And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
Don’t believe the pseudo-prophet Muhammad – no matter how his words may seem good and real. It is only the deception of the devil.
2 Timothy 4:3
New Living Translation (©2007)
For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear.
Don’t be one of those people. Read the Holy Bible, and pray to God. Tell Him what you are thinking – even all your doubts and ask Him to encourage you and strengthen you in His word. I have prayed for you will be praying for you.

SAD YOU*

Salaam (Peace)
Step 1:
Review the five pillars of Islam: testifying that there is only one God and Muhammad is his prophet; praying five times a day; fasting for the month of Ramadan; offering charity each year; and making the pilgrimage to Mecca at least once in your lifetime. Affirm these to yourself.
Familiarize yourself with the various strains of Islam. Sunnis, Shias, and Ismailis are all Muslim but have slightly different core beliefs or aqeedah. Because Sunnis make up roughly 85 percent of the world’s Muslim population, this represents a sort of default option for conversion.
Step 2:
Sitting quietly by yourself, make your intention, either silently or out loud, to convert to Islam to please God alone, not for personal gain or to please other people.
If someone is pressuring you to convert to Islam—for example a spouse or a boyfriend/girlfriend, remind him or her that according to Islamic law, a conversion without inner conviction is morally meaningless and religiously invalid.
Step 3:
Read out loud this statement in Arabic: “Ash-shadu an laa ill-laaha illa-lah.” This means in English: “I testify there is no God but God.”
While many converts like to profess their new faith in a mosque and/or in the presence of other Muslims, witnesses are not required. You can become Muslim by yourself at home.
Step 4:
Read aloud this statement: “Wa ash-shadu anna Muhammadun-a rasuulu-lah.” This means “And I testify that Muhammad is the prophet of God.”
Step 5:
Repeat Steps 3 and 4. These two statements are known as the shahadah, or testament of faith, and they comprise the first pillar of Islam.
Saying the shahadah in Arabic is required, but it might also help to repeat the statements in your native language.
Step 6:
Take a shower or bath, completely immersing your hair and body. With this washing, you are shedding all of the sins you may have committed before becoming Muslim.
Step 7:
Accept God’s mercy in forgiving all your past sins. It’s part of the gift of becoming Muslim.
Step 8:
Use this time to pray for others. God says the prayer of a new convert is likely to be accepted.
Step 9:
Begin to practice the other pillars of Islam as soon as you are ready. Most immediately, this means offering the five daily prayers.
When you decide to make the pilgrimage, or hajj, another of Islam’s pillars, you might need your local mosque to write a letter certifying that you are now Muslim, as only Muslims are allowed in the city of Mecca.
Step 10:
Some converts like to start using an Arabic name in addition to or instead of their given name. Changing your name, however, is not required.
While you will need to master a small amount of Arabic to correctly say the daily prayers, learning Arabic is not required.
Step 11:
When you are ready, begin to tell your friends, family, and co-workers that you have embraced Islam. Be patient with them if they express alarm or hostility. Don’t forget that there was a time when you, too, knew little about Islam.
Step 12:
Gradually incorporate other aspects of Islam into your life, whether that means dressing more modestly, reading the Quran, or visiting the mosque. While you may be tempted to completely change your lifestyle right away, realize that making slow, deliberate changes will serve you better in the long run.
In the West, some of the most prominent Muslim are converts, including Yusuf Islam, formerly known as Cat Stevens, and boxing champion Muhammad Ali.
I hope I have been some help.
Walaikum Salaam (and peace be upon you)

Facts about Islam: the sun orbits a fixed earth, black cumin cures all diseases, fever is caused by the heat of hell, semen is created between the backbone and ribs, Allah created all things in pairs (what about asexual reproduction?), Allah uses falling stars as weapons against the jinn, and many many more.

1- In Islam God is one and only, not trinity as the Christians say:
Quran – 112:1-4: Say: He is Allah, the One and Only; Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him.
2- In Christianity, God was begotten, eating, drinking and died for three days: Mar 15:37 And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and gave up the ghost.
But in Islam: Quran – 3:2: GOD – there is no deity save Him, the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsistent Fount of All Being!
